Q: Why is there an up front fee?
A: A good question that deserves an even better answer! We have built and maintained a state-of-the-art proprietary survey system to accurately track, measure, and reward our members with what they complete. We are proud to offer such a service and only require nominal funds for our server center to handle it, however, this service requires us to also maintain a robust customer support and distribution center with real, live employees. They manually ensure you are rewarded appropriately. We have worked very hard to keep our prices as low as possible so we can stay competitive and continue to be the most popular one-stop source for your favorite products at a fraction of retail prices.
Q: If I complete the required offers/surveys, when do I get my product?
A: We will process your order to ship you your product immediately using USPS Priority Mail when you redeem your points toward the product.
Q: How many points do I get for completing each survey?
A: Different surveys and offers reward differently and with different amounts. Depending on the length or complexity you will be rewarded anywhere from around 50 to 250 points. All surveys are displayed in descending order from the highest to lowest converting surveys. So make sure you pick from the top!
Q: Am I awarded instantly upon completing an offer or survey?
A: Our system posts your points as quickly as possible, however, it can take up to 30 minutes to be rewarded points
Q: How do I know if I've completed an offer/survey?
A: Our partners' offers notify you differently upon completion. Usually though, they will display a completion page. If not, and you think you are done, try refreshing the page. Once again, if you have completed it correctly you WILL be rewarded. We maintain a very sophisticated tracking system.
Q: Is there a time limit to complete the required points?
A: If you have not satisfied your point requirement for your product by the end of thirty (30) days from your initial membership payment, your monthly membership must continue to roll over your points without losing them.
